Homee update - leaving Aruba

Life for Homee and sidekick Sue just does not appear to get any better, we have found a new home. Went to Bonaire yesterday and spent the afternoon land sailing - it was absolutely the coolest. Toured the beautiful town of Bonaire. That night we had our first formal dinner - we were met with another special surprise - it appeared we as family could not attend the formal dinning we were assigned anytime dinner. Well the matradee( spelling ? ) called Mego apparently and advised they cleared a coveted four person table for us for our stay. We are entitled to invte guests as we see fit !!!!

Met the captain last night - wonderful man. Oh - almost forgot - received a Gecko tatoo in Bonaire - on my left calf. Sidekick Sue has pics.

Today we were in Aruba - wonderful. Went on a rather large catamaran and did some snorkling around a sunken ship - Totally cool - loads of critters. Homee dad received a wound today. As we were snorkling, noted a Baracuda coming from the bottom. He had his sights set on an old lady - Homee raced himself in - dove down - placing himself in harms way. Lady saved - Homee Dad received wound to right calf. ( thats the way I remember it ).

By the way it appears we were listed as VIP'S ( the people who's cabin we received must have been somebody) Anyway eveyday fruit is placed into our room, each evening we receive plates of Canapes ( food that looks raw) or Petit Fours ( fancy looking desert). We mentioned it to the appropriate persons and were told it's harder to stop so just enjoy!

Just left the bridge - it appears the captain needed Homee Dads assistance to pull out of port in Aruba. Of course it the least I could do - we were invited up for the sail away - apparently another coveted opportunity. Homee gave the Captain a few pointers !

Well another day is ending, we are totally enjoying this ship - we may stay.
Wishing all well,
Yeh Gryper - managed to figure out the web from the ship. Whenever I find myself in doubt I say " Self - what would Gryper do?"

Signing out from THE SEA
